Yesterday we started our morning off by heading to Sunday School. We had such a wonderful lesson on Easter. After Sunday School, we headed to Montgomery to have lunch with mom and most of my siblings. Anne Moreland did not make it this year and she was greatly missed. We had a wonderful lunch with mom and the fellowship with everyone was great. Edward got lots of love from Gee and his aunts and uncle. Brooke decided that she would skip family time with us and headed to her other grandparents house. She was missed too! I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!

Wedding Weekend
Let me start off by saying that I am a little late on blogging about this, but I have just gotten access to pictures. On March 14, Thomas' middle brother, Clay, married a sweet girl from Union Springs. Edward, Brooke and I headed on over to Bullock County the Friday before the wedding so that Brooke could attend the Bridesmaid's Luncheon and Edward and I helped my mother-in-law decorate for the Rehearsal Dinner. The festivities were all beautiful and of course the bride was too! The day of the wedding was a very wet day and the reception was covered but it was outdoors. I left my camera in the car so I didn't get any pictures. Here are a few. Congrats to Clay and Megan!

Other big news in the Corbitt family - Congrats to John (Thomas' youngest brother) and his wife Andrea. They found out last week that they are expecting a baby girl in September. I am super excited about being an aunt!

1 year pictures
Edward's 1st Birthday
On Saturday, March 28 we celebrated Edward's 1st birthday with family and a few close friends. The morning started off with nasty weather but calmed down in time for everyone to arrive. I think Edward enjoyed himself. He is such a little ham! He didn't love the cake and he wouldn't sit still for presents, but he was worn out by the time everyone left.
I decided to go with a rubber ducky theme. I ordered the invitations and then attempted to make the cakes myself. I think I did a pretty good job!
Unfortunately I did not get any pictures with grandparents and great-grandparents. I was too busy trying to capture Edward and his special day!
**These pictures are NOT in order. I can't ever figure out how to get them how I want them!
